Question 1

How does Scowter's flat fee recruiting work?

Accepted Answer

You tell us the role you need filled. We source, vet, and deliver qualified candidates. You only pay a flat success fee when you make a hire — no percentage-based commissions like traditional agencies that charge 15-25% of annual salary.

Question 2

What types of roles can Scowter fill?

Accepted Answer

Scowter scouts across all functions — engineers, designers, product managers, marketers, data teams, and more. From junior roles to C-level executives, we find the right talent for any level.

Question 3

How fast can Scowter deliver candidates?

Accepted Answer

We deliver qualified candidate profiles within days, not weeks. Our scouting team moves fast because we understand that hiring delays cost your business.

Question 4

Is there any upfront cost or retainer?

Accepted Answer

No. Scowter is zero risk — you only pay when you hire. If the candidates aren't the right fit, you owe nothing. No retainers, no upfront cost.
